Stephen Ashley

Stephen Ashley, CPA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Quikrete since June 2018, having held previous positions in the company as Director of Accounting, Senior Accounting Manager, and Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing business unit level general ledger accounts, conducting variance analytics, and liaising with regional controllers and plant managers. Prior to Quikrete, Stephen worked at Sawnee Electric Membership Corporation as Manager/Director of Accounting Services, where tasks included financial planning, report preparation for executive management, and internal audits. Stephen's experience also encompasses roles at Atlantix Global Systems as Lead Senior Accountant, overseeing general ledger integrity and financial compliance, and at McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks & Co. as Senior Accountant, focusing on audits and financial consulting. Stephen’s career began with internships at Vought Aircraft Industries and Magnolia State Bank. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Georgia College & State University.
