Luis Rivera

Luis Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and customer service within the retail and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Property Claims Specialist at State Farm® since January 2022 and a Night Manager at QuikTrip since September 2020, Rivera has showcased skills in team collaboration, cash management, and customer relations. Prior experience includes roles as a Multi-Store Manager, Manager, and Store MIT at Circle K, wherein Rivera excelled in promoting service excellence, analyzing financial performance, and managing employee training and operations. Additional experience in food and beverage supervision at Omni Hotels & Resorts has further developed Rivera’s capabilities in customer service and operational management. Rivera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico-Cayey and a Certificate in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Penn Foster Group.
