Michael Burk

Michael Burk is an experienced real estate professional with a substantial background in site planning, project management, and lease management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Manager at QuikTrip since January 2016, Michael focuses on market growth and optimization for new and existing store locations in the Atlanta, GA metro, while managing store leases and landlord relationships. Prior to this role, Michael was a Real Estate Project Manager at QuikTrip, acting as the primary liaison for various stakeholders and ensuring project timelines and budgets were maintained. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Development Manager at Wichita Urban Investments and as a Real Estate Specialist at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. Michael began a career at QuikTrip as an Assistant Manager, overseeing both day and night operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Real Estate from Wichita State University, earned in 2008.
