Lidia Saragaco

Lidia Saragaco is an experienced professional in translation, editing, and interpretation, currently serving as Lead Editor/Translator at Quill since February 2020. With a robust freelance career starting in May 2001, Lidia has worked extensively as a translator and interpreter, including roles such as Media Analyst and Editor at A DATA PRO in Sofia, Bulgaria, from December 2018 to December 2019. Previous positions include Reservations Sales Representative at SOFICA GROUP/TELETECH, Freelance Collaborator for the Câmara Municipal de Serpa, and Translator/Transcreator/Writer at Cision. Lidia's early career includes significant roles in media and health, ranging from Reporter/Host at CFMT International Television to Cultural Interpreter at Doctors Hospital in Toronto. Lidia holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s in Translation from Laurentian University, complemented by a Grade 12 Diploma from Glenforest Secondary School.
