Joe Karbowski

Joe Karbowski's work experience begins in 1989 when they joined CMI - Competitive Solutions as the Director of Development. Joe held multiple progressive roles over the course of 8 years in this company. In 1999, they co-founded RedESoft, where they served as the sole developer and architect, focusing on the web-based scheduling platform.

In 2002, PeopleCube acquired RedESoft, and Joe Karbowski became the Chief Technology Officer. Joe played a significant role in the growth of PeopleCube, overseeing all products and becoming the #2 in the company by 2006.

In 2012, Joe joined Asure Software as the COO/CTO. Joe helped the company manage global, mobile workforces through cloud-based and mobile solutions. Joe also oversaw hosting, product, engineering, and QA teams as part of the "AsureSpace" business unit.

From 2019 to 2021, Joe worked at FM:Systems as the CTO. Joe played a crucial role in providing cloud-based workplace management solutions and received Accel KKR backing in 2017.

Currently, Joe serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Quilt Software starting from 2022.

Joe Karbowski attended Michigan Technological University from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
