Peter Markland

Peter Markland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software and technology industry. Peter is currently working at Quilt Software as the SVP of Revenue since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Bullhorn from 2014 to 2022, including SVP of SMB, VP of SMB, Director of Inside Sales (Americas), and Regional Director APAC. During their tenure at Bullhorn, they achieved significant achievements such as driving DEI goals, expanding the SMB effort, revamping account management, and overseeing integration teams for acquisitions. Before Bullhorn, Peter worked at Huddle as an Inside Sales Manager in the USA and as a Senior Sales Executive, where they consistently over-performed targets. Peter also worked as a Sales Executive at Huddle. Peter began their career at Imperium Solutions as a Business Development Representative.

Peter Markland completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Information Management Sciences from Stellenbosch University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Multimedia Technology & Design, specializing in Digital Media at the University of Kent from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" from LinkedIn in October 2020 and "High Potential Leadership Program 8.0" from Vista Equity Partners in November 2016.
