--► Lean Manufacturing is a method that should be applied to any production system to improve efficiency and reduce the “wastes” that do not add value. It requires custom adaptations to each specific process and is based on a very sophisticated methodology, which actually is a work philosophy.

✔ TECHNOLEAN designs and manufactures the elements needed to apply Lean Manufacturing to your production, such as work stations, flow racks, trolleys (including full kitting solutions), etc.
The modular TechnoLean system is based on 28,6 mm tubes, which have become the standard manufactured in Europe. We produce tubes, joints, roller tracks, connectors, guides... all the necessary items to provide a custom solution to fulfil the needs of the customer.
We supply bulk components, pre-assembled kits or finished products fully assembled in our factory and delivered turnkey. We can also provide training to your staff so that they can design and directly assemble their own solutions using TechnoLean components.
