Rusha Dutta

Rusha Dutta is a seasoned professional in software engineering and cognitive neuroscience, currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at Quincus since July 2024. As the Founder of rederingrusha since June 2019, Rusha has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside technical expertise. Previously, Rusha worked as a Senior Engineer at Cigniti Technologies from September 2022 to June 2024 and contributed to research at CIMeC - Centro Interdipartimentale Mente/Cervello as a Researcher from September 2014 to May 2015. Early career experience includes a Research Intern position at the University of Hyderabad. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, expected in December 2025, a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from Università di Trento, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance Honours from the University of Calcutta.
