Matthew Gray is a Senior Hospitality Management Major at the Hart School of James Madison University, where they previously studied Hospitality Administration/Management. Currently serving as the Communication Director for ETA Sigma Delta, a National Hospitality Honors Society, they have experience in the Food and Beverage industry and a strong background in customer service. Matthew has held various roles, including Product Development Manager at Quint and Travel and Event Coordinator at CFA Institute, showcasing a passion for working with people and catering to guests' needs.
