Richard Bailey currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Quintar, Inc., where responsibilities include managing engineering teams to develop frameworks and services for Spatial AR Sports. Previously, Richard was a Spatial Computing Advisor at Imvizar and held leadership roles at Niantic, Inc., including Senior Director of the Lightship ARDK, and at Magic Leap, where contributions included the development of the C3 Collaboration Platform and leading initial application development. Richard also founded Margrave Technologies, directed engineering at DAQRI for the Smart Helmet, and worked at Microsoft and Amazon in various software development and engineering roles. Richard’s extensive experience spans augmented reality, software engineering, and product strategy across multiple prominent tech companies.
