Cultural Advisor at Quintis Sandalwood

Rob Smart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various leadership and advisory roles. Currently, Rob serves as the Director at Liftoff Australia and President of the Hockey NT Board, alongside being a member of the National Advisory Group for The LOTE Agency. Since June 2020, Rob has also contributed as a Cultural Advisor for Quintis Sandalwood. Prior roles include Vice President for Nightcliff Tigers Hockey Club and Operations/Business Development Manager for Site Skills Training. In 2019, Rob was part of the Young Defence Professionals initiative, aimed at engaging young professionals in the Defence Support Industry within the Northern Territory. With a solid background in logistics and production management, Rob has held key positions at Cape Australia and Inpex, demonstrating a diverse skill set in operations and management. Educationally, Rob holds an apprenticeship in Carpentry from Charles Darwin University and a Certificate III in Sport and Fitness Administration from the Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education.
