Michelly Silva

Michelly Silva is a Machine Learning Engineer at QuintoAndar, with experience since March 2021 in scaling machine learning applications within customer support and currently developing MLOps platforms. Previously, Michelly served as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, contributing to the development of a chatbot and NLP platform, and as a Software Engineer Intern focused on maintaining chatbot conversation flows and enhancing machine learning models. Prior experience includes a scholarship position at PET-SI EACH-USP. Michelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and an Administrative Technician degree from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo.
