Sofia Delden

Sofia Delden has extensive experience in customer learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Customer Learning & Development Specialist at Quinyx since August 2021. In addition to this role, Sofia has also worked as a Senior Adoption & Utilisation Specialist and an Application Specialist at the same company. Prior to joining Quinyx, Sofia worked at Rusta from March 2006 to August 2021, where roles included HR System Specialist, HR and Payroll Coordinator, Project Leader for implementing needs planning systems, Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager, Team Leader/Lageransvarig, and Salesperson. Sofia's career began at ICA as a Store Employee from January 2005 to April 2006. Sofia completed education at Åva gymnasium.
