Ed Higgins

Ed Higgins has over 30 years of experience in the field of IT and Cyber Security. Ed has held various leadership positions in companies such as Quisitive, where they served as Executive, Director of Security and Compliance Solutions, leading the Security Office. In this role, they were responsible for driving service innovation and creating new offerings to meet clients' challenges. Prior to this, Ed provided independent IT, Cyber Security, and Forensics Project services for CONTRACT CONFIDENTIAL. Ed also worked as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Rackwise, where they focused on data center infrastructure management and established cyber security solutions for critical infrastructures. Ed has also held senior executive positions at PathMaker Group, Digital Discovery Corporation, Xerox, Stonebridge Technologies, and Dallas Semiconductor. In these roles, they led security services teams and implemented cyber security measures to protect sensitive data. Additionally, they have testified as an expert witness in US Federal and Civil litigation matters. Ed's extensive experience showcases their expertise in IT security, cyber security, forensics, and systems engineering.

Ed Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Ed also obtained an Electronics Technology Certification from Blue Hills Regional Vocational Technical prior to earning their High School Diploma from the same institution.

In addition to their educational achievements, Ed has obtained various certifications including Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) from the Project Management Institute, Licensed Private Investigations Company Manager from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Board, and Certified Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT) from ISACA, among others.
