Melody Eberhardt

Melody Eberhardt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of People & Culture at Quisitive, Melody has previously held key positions including Director of People & Culture and Human Resources Manager at Catapult Systems, as well as Human Resources Manager for multiple organizations such as mindSHIFT, White Glove Technologies, and College Forward. Earlier in Melody's career, roles included Marketing/IT Coordinator and Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator/Classroom Coach as an AmeriCorps*VISTA Member. Melody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications Design & Production from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 2000 and 2004.
