Prior to their current role, Diane worked at Tupperware Brands from 2011 to 2021, where they held various positions. Diane served as the Creative Manager in the Global Branding Department, overseeing the development and management of Tupperware's brand identity across multiple regions and platforms. Diane'sresponsibilities included in-house photo and video production, as well as creating print and digital content for Europe, US/Canada, and Asia. Diane also provided creative direction for Nutrimetics France, a beauty business under Tupperware Brands. During their time at Tupperware, they managed an annual budget of $2 million.

Before their tenure at Tupperware, Diane co-founded and worked as the Art Director for The Tourist in Paris. This project was incubated at Le Comptoir de l'Innovation, a startup incubator, and gained recognition at the Dublin Web Summit. The Tourist in Paris developed a mobile app, website, print newspapers, and a weekly newsletter, becoming the first "local tourist tips" application to appear on JCDecaux digital touchscreens at bus shelters in Paris.

Additionally, Diane worked as a freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer under their own company, Diane Clairin, from 2008 to 2013. Diane collaborated with agencies such as Gyro and Mazarine Image on projects for clients like E.ON, SFR, and MNCAP.

Earlier in their career, Diane gained experience as an Art Director Assistant at EURO RSCG and Young & Rubicam in 2009 and 2008, respectively.

In 2009 and 2010, Diane Clairin studied at École Intuit Lab, earning a Master II degree in Art Direction in Brand Design & Strategy.
