Billy Hatcher's work experience includes various roles at different companies. ▪︎ Billy began their career at Sensa Networks as an Inside Sales Account Executive in 2005. In 2006, they joined BENSON AMPS, INC. as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2009. From 2003 to 2006, they worked at FedEx Express in roles such as Material Handler and Courier. In 2009, they started working at Apple as a Retail Specialist and later transitioned to various roles, including Retail Sales Expert, Account Development Representative, Account Manager, and Team Project Leader. In 2022, they joined Qumulo as a Customer Success Manager and eventually progressed to the roles of Senior Customer Success Manager and Principal Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts.

Billy Hatcher holds a Project Management Certificate from Cornell Engineering, obtained from Cornell University.
