Established in early 2011, Qunsult is a business consulting and advisory firm with a clear focus on Small and Medium Sized Entities (SMEs). Having worked extensively in the regional consulting industry, Qunsult’s founders have been able to develop a business model that is completely geared towards the ever expanding needs of SMEs in Kuwait.

Unlike large, internationally affiliated consultants in Kuwait who find themselves compelled to focus on large institutional clients to meet the financial burdens of a high fixed cost operating environment, Qunsult has developed a lean business model that enables its most senior members to offer each client with their specific needs in terms of time, attention and advise.

With a service offering that covers the entire spectrum of challenges that SMEs are likely to face, from an entrepreneur looking to establish a new business to a business seeking to expand or merge with another, we are ready with an integrated set of solutions to guide you, from idea conceptualization and feasibility assessment, to project management and valuation.

Being a young start-up ourselves we are keenly aware of the daunting challenges that lay in wait for SMEs, that is why we stand prepared to assist and provide guidance at every step of the way.
