Ben Weldin CEnv

Ben Weldin is an Associate Director in the Environment and Sustainability team at CBRE, bringing over 10 years of experience in environmental consultancy and impact assessment, specializing in masterplanning and EIA for urban regeneration projects in London and the south-east. Previously, Ben worked as an Environmental Assurance Manager at Crossrail Ltd., where they ensured compliance with environmental requirements and promoted a positive environmental culture. Ben has also held roles at Quod, Arup, and Ramboll, demonstrating expertise in environmental communications, EIA project management, and waste management options. They earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both with distinctions, from The University of Edinburgh. Ben is fully chartered through IEMA.
