A new teaching agency connecting the very best educators in Hampshire and Berkshire, built on values of honesty, fairness, and transparency.

We may be a new face in education recruitment, but our director brings over a decade of hands-on experience supporting schools and education professionals.

We offer market-leading pay rates to all staff because we feel educators deserve nothing less. We hope to draw talented teachers to flexible teaching and give schools better long-term options. We aim to pay teachers to scale for positions that require full teaching responsibilities, ensuring they receive the pay they deserve.

We offer schools transparency at every stage, making it easier for staff to transfer to direct contracts. No expensive finder’s fees - just a straightforward, honest approach.

We also work closely with graduates, offering them the opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience before teacher training. We connect them with teacher training providers who offer salaried routes to QTS, ensuring a seamless transition into a teaching career.

Additionally, we encourage cross-skilled professionals to consider supply teaching as a way to fill short-term staffing gaps. With full training and taster days, we help individuals step into the classroom with confidence and enthusiasm.

At Quokka, we’re committed to making meaningful change in the education recruitment market. We believe in offering greater opportunities for schools and educators, while upholding our core values every step of the way.
