Jack Marshall

VP, Customer Experience at Quokka

Jack Marshall is currently the VP of Customer Experience at Kryptowire. Prior to their current role, Jack served as the Vice President of Customer Success for Contrast Security, Prevoty (sold to Imperva), and AlienVault (sold to AT&T).

Jack has over 9 years of experience in building and leading customer success teams. Jack has a proven track record of exceeding plan goals and expanding customer relationships. At each company, Jack was responsible for managing a team of customer success reps, technical support staff, and professional services personnel. Jack also implemented metric reporting systems to monitor customer deployment status and identify potential risks.

After the acquisition of Imperva by Thoma-Bravo, Jack helped start a new Business Development group where they managed Imperva’s alliances with CSPs and GSIs. Jack also ran the Global renewals team for Imperva, responsible for $155M in renewals and expansion sales.

Jack’s experience in customer success and building strong teams makes him an asset to any organization. Jack is dedicated to their work and committed to ensuring customer success.

Jack Marshall has a BSEE with a CE Minor from Michigan State University and is currently taking classes towards a Masters in Electrical Engineering at Santa Clara University.

They are on a team with Michael Horne - VP, Sales, Alex Lisle - Chief Technology Officer, and Hieu Nguyen - VP, Human Resources. Their manager is Dana Waldman, CEO.
