Joel Thomas

Joel Thomas has worked in various IT roles since 2008. Joel began their career at Bosch as a Matlab Developer in 2008. In 2011, they moved to emlix GmbH as an Embedded Linux Systems Engineer. In 2015, they transitioned to Deutsche Bank as an IT Security Consultant. In 2016, they joined QuoScient as an IT Security Engineer, and in 2020, they moved to QuoLab Tech in the same role.

Joel Thomas completed their Diplom Ingenieur in Physics (nano structure technology) at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 2004 to 2010. In 2006 and 2007, they studied Physics (Material Science) at UC Berkeley College of Engineering. In April 2015, they obtained their OSCP certification from Offensive Security.
