Kara Ortbal

Kara Ortbal has a diverse work experience in HR and operations management. Kara is currently the Head of HR at Quora since April 2023. Before that, they worked as a People Operations Manager at Quora from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior to joining Quora, Kara worked at Uber where they held various roles including Program Manager II, Employee Experience from August 2019 to December 2020, Program Manager, Employee Experience from January 2017 to August 2019, and Engineering Program Coordinator from August 2015 to January 2017. Kara also worked as a Remote Work HR Specialist at Quora from December 2020 to November 2021.
