Woolim Cho

Woolim Cho has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. They started their career as a Part-time Software Engineer at Schoolmom in February 2017. In this role, they implemented various features for communication between parents and teachers, developed a web managing system using SpringFramework and MySQL, and renewed the original web school managing system using Vue.js and Express.js. They continued in this role until May 2019.

After that, Woolim worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Sungkyunkwan University from June 2018 to June 2019. During this time, they mainly participated in the development of the eCall project with ETRI. Their tasks included implementing Bluetooth LE communication with a car-monitoring device and accident detection algorithm in Android and iOS applications.

In 2020, Woolim joined the Republic Of Korea Cyber Operations Command as a Research Assistant. They served in this role from March 2020 to February 2021.

Currently, Woolim is working as a Software Engineer at Quora, starting in September 2022.

Woolim Cho pursued their education in the field of computer software engineering from 2017 to 2023 at Sungkyunkwan University, where they obtained a bachelor's degree. In 2019, they also had the opportunity to further enhance their knowledge by becoming a visiting researcher at UC Irvine, focusing on computer science.
