Jefrey Leigh has a long history of experience in the tech industry. Jefrey began their career in 2006 as a Computer Repair Technician and Sales Associate at The Mac Store. In 2007 they moved to HIV Alliance, where they served as Office Manager and IT Coordinator. In 2012, they joined Symantec as a Technical Support Engineer. Finally, in 2015 they became a Solutions Architect and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Quorum. Throughout their career, Jefrey Leigh has provided technical support, customer assistance, and sales solutions.

Jefrey Leigh attended Lane Community College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician. In 2014, they obtained a Symantec Technical Specialist certification from Symantec.
