At Quorum Holdings, we specialise in developing new real estate and rejuvenating neglected property assets to create extraordinary residential and student accommodation across Johannesburg, with developments in Cape Town expected to be completed in 2024. 

Quorum was started in 2014 with its first acquisition of a dilapidated building in Johannesburg’s CBD which has since been restored, and is now a thriving creative community for artists. Since then, Quorum Holdings has grown into a development and management company with properties across Johannesburg for varying uses.
