Caroline Mermis has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and energy sectors. Caroline started their career as a Marketing Intern at Starlight Theatre in 2001 before moving on to Commerce Bancshares, Inc. as a Letter of Credit Negotiator and International Services Specialist. In 2003, they joined IBM as an Inside Client Representative and later became a Client Representative, supporting the Industrial Sector.

Caroline then joined Dassault Systèmes in 2010 as a Senior Sales Executive, where they played a key role in the integration of IBM PLM into Dassault Systemes. Caroline exceeded business revenue targets and developed new business opportunities while collaborating with various teams.

In 2014, Caroline joined Quorum Business Solutions as a Sales Director. Quorum Software is a leading provider of digital technology for energy companies. Caroline's role involves managing operational, administrative, financial, and business processes for over 300 energy companies, including Fortune 500 companies.
