Cody Schmitt

Cody Schmitt has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cody began their career at Aggieland Outfitters in 2012 as a Sales Associate, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Insight Global as a Technical Recruiter, contributing their expertise until 2014. Cody then moved on to Quorum Software, where they held multiple positions. Cody started as a Talent Development Coordinator in 2014 and continued in this role until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Sr. Talent Development Specialist at Quorum Software. Currently, Cody holds the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Quorum Software, a role they assumed in November 2020.

Cody Schmitt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 2008 to 2013.
