Margaret Chan

Margaret Chan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Margaret is currently working at Quorum Software as a Product Team Manager, overseeing a team of software developers and managing department operations. Prior to this, they worked at TietoEVRY for over 15 years, where they held various roles including Product Team Manager and Senior Energy Components Consultant. Their responsibilities included leading user requirement workshops, advising and proposing solutions to customers, conducting user training, and configuring Energy Components products. Margaret also played a key role in team building and improving communication within the teams. Before TietoEVRY, Margaret worked at novaMSC Berhad as an Analyst Programmer and at PI-CSE as a Software Engineer where they gained experience in software development and implementation.

Margaret Chan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science in Computing from Staffordshire University, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Strategic Marketing Management program at NUS Business School Executive Education, which they completed in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Margaret Chan also obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in July 2022.
