Michelle Manzo

Michelle Manzo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michelle started their career at John Eagle Honda of Houston in 2004, where they held positions such as End of Month Supervisor, File Process Manager, Program Supervisor, Cashier System Developer, and Data Input Manager. In these roles, they implemented and established processes, trained employees, and ensured efficient operations.

In 2010, Michelle joined John Eagle Honda Houston as a Warranty Implementation Specialist. Michelle managed the entire warranty process from initiation to close, collaborated with clients and internal departments, and improved procedure sequence for increased efficiency. Michelle transitioned to the role of Warranty Specialist and Finance Administrator in 2016, where they handled warranty claims and finance-related tasks.

From 2015 to 2016, Michelle worked at Netsync Network Solutions as a Houston/Dallas Project Coordinator and Warranty Administrator. Michelle managed warranty claims and labor-only claims for multiple school districts, created work orders, and ordered necessary equipment for various projects.

Michelle is currently employed at Quorum Software since 2018. Michelle started as a Production Operations Analyst in Cloud and later became a Project Manager, Information Systems Cloud Operations. Their most recent role is Senior Project Manager Cloud Operations, where they oversee cloud operations projects.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong project management and operational skills, successfully implementing new processes and contributing to the smooth functioning of organizations.

Michelle Manzo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, specializing in Project Management from Capella University, which they completed from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in General Science from Lone Star College, studying between 2009 and 2014. Michelle also holds a High School Diploma from Cyfair High School, which they received in 2003. In terms of certifications, they have completed various courses and training programs, including a Certificate of completion in web security training from Hacksplaining, a PMP® Certification Training Course from PMTraining, and multiple Certificates of Completion and Mastery in various aspects of project management from LearnSmart. These certifications were obtained between 2015 and 2022.
