Ramona Hill

Ramona Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ramona currently works at Quorum Software as a Product Manager, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Planning Manager for North America at Quorum Software from October 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Quorum Software, Ramona worked at Aucerna as a Team Lead for Enersight/PetroVR from April 2020 to May 2021, and as a Client Care - Industry Specialist from April 2018 to April 2020.

Prior to their time at Aucerna, Ramona worked as a Senior Development Engineer at Hammerhead Resources Inc. from August 2015 to November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting for a $200MM annual capital program, analyzing business drivers and managing the waste water disposal strategy. Ramona also coordinated the operational schedule with various departments.

Ramona's earlier experience includes working at Talisman Energy as a Development Engineer from October 2011 to March 2015, where they acquired and developed oil and gas properties, maintained schedules and budgets, and performed reservoir analysis. Ramona also worked as a Drilling Engineer at Talisman Energy from March 2008 to October 2011, where they developed drilling programs and estimates, supported drilling operations, and served as a point of contact for asset and exploration teams.

Additionally, Ramona has experience at Ross Smith Energy Group as an Associate Analyst from June 2007 to January 2008, and at Schlumberger in various roles such as Service Quality Coach from January 2006 to April 2007, In-House Support for Shell from October 2003 to January 2006, Lead Field Engineer from May 2002 to October 2003, and Field Engineer - Logging from October 2000 to May 2002.

Ramona Hill received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary. Ramona attended the university from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in February 2023.
