Scott Larnach

Scott Larnach has work experience spanning over 15 years. Scott is currently working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Quorum Software since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Build And Release Engineer starting from August 2020.

Before joining Quorum Software, Scott worked at Shell for 12 years. Their roles at Shell included being a Global Wells IT Digitalisation Technical Lead from January 2019 to August 2020, where they led digital transformation initiatives and worked on migrating applications to the Cloud. Scott was also a Global Wells IT Technical Lead from January 2015 to January 2019, responsible for application configurations and automation. Scott started their career at Shell as a Global Wells IT Technical Analyst from January 2011 to January 2015, and prior to that, they held the position of Global Wells IT Support Analyst from February 2008 to January 2011.

Scott also has experience working as a Senior IT Consultant at CGI from February 2008 to August 2020, and as a Student ICT Engineer at Bluewater Energy Services from June 2005 to May 2006.

Scott Larnach completed their BSc in Computer Science (hons) from Robert Gordon University from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they earned several certifications including HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (003) from HashiCorp in May 2023, LFS241: Monitoring Systems and Services with Prometheus from The Linux Foundation in March 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2020, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020, and ITIL Version 3 Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2011.
