Tom Heitzman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Server at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, where they gained experience in sales, up-selling, marketing, teamwork, and customer service. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Health Advocate - Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator at OptumHealth, providing personalized assistance to consumers navigating the healthcare system. Following this, they attended Augsburg University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
