Luyao

Luyao Ma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Location Manager at Chinese Central Television-Documentary Channel, where they assisted in script selection and managed budget and production timelines. They then moved on to work as a Project Manager at dimension plus, followed by freelance work as a Video Editor at Malu Video Production. Luyao then transitioned to a role as the Head of Operations at ArtPlay, where they were responsible for overseeing operations. They also worked as a Web Developer at View Source before joining Quorum as an Apprentice Software Engineer. Currently, Luyao is working at Quorum as a Software Engineer.

Luyao Ma's education history begins with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology & Media and Cultural Studies from The University of Hong Kong, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Luyao then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from New York University from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, Luyao attended Flatiron School to enhance their skills as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
