Customer Success Manager II at Quorum

Thomas Zei's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Barista at Starbucks for a few months. Thomas then joined Addison Group as an Office Temporary for a few months before transitioning to Groupon, where they worked in various roles such as Customer Support Agent and Fraud Analyst for several years. In 2018, they joined Booksy as a Customer Support Representative and later became a Customer Success Manager. In 2021, Zei moved to RedShelf and served as a Senior Customer Success Manager until 2023. Currently, they are working at Quorum as a Customer Success Manager and has been there since February 2023.

Thomas Zei attended Eastern Illinois University from 2010 to 2013, where they studied Political Science and Government. Before that, they were enrolled at Harper College from 2008 to 2010, although the specific field of study is unknown. Thomas obtained several certifications from Quorum in 2023, including "Grow and Report on Your Advocate Base with Phone2Action Grassroots," "Phone2Action Grassroots Campaigns," "Introduction to Federal Legislative Tracking," "Introduction to Grassroots Advocacy," "Introduction to Lobbying & Government Relations," "Introduction to Stakeholder Engagement," "Introduction to State Legislative Tracking," "Local Dialogue Tracking," "Quorum Administrator," and "Quorum Fundamentals."
