Rochelle Clancy

Rochelle Clancy has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Rochelle currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Quotable Value Ltd. Before joining Quotable Value, Rochelle worked at Fletcher Construction as the People & Performance Transformation Lead. Prior to that, they held various roles at Fletcher Building, including Sales Excellence Lead and General Manager People & Performance - Construction. Rochelle also has experience in HR management at Spark New Zealand, where they served as the Head of HR - Retail and HR Manager. Earlier in their career, Rochelle worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as an HR Business Partner and Organizational Development Manager. Rochelle also held the position of EMEA Remuneration Manager at J.P. Morgan.

Rochelle Clancy studied at the Auckland University of Technology from an unknown start year until 1996, where they obtained a degree in BAppSc. Prior to this, they attended King's College in Auckland, New Zealand, until 1993. Before that, they attended Diocesan School for Girls in Auckland, New Zealand, until 1991.
