•	Local (Pakistani) counsel for the recently concluded sale of 9 onshore and 4 offshore oil and gas exploration blocks on behalf of British Petroleum (BP) Pakistan, an international oil and gas exploration company, to United Energy Group of Hong Kong for US$ 775 million.  
•	Review of the tender documents from Invitation to Treat, Instructions to Bidders, Bidding Documents, Evaluation Procedure to the final Contract Agreement for the Iran-Pakistan Gas Pipeline for consistency with PPRA, PEC & other laws of Pakistan on behalf of ILF the German consulting firm  appointed as consultants for the IP project.
•	Advising Gulistan Group on its legal agreements with DHA and MAF-Carrefour for construction of a Carrefour supermarket in phase V, DHA, Lahore from MOU’s, Joint Venture Agreement, Concession Agreement, Agreement to Let etc. 
•	Drafting and advising Castrol in relation to its main sale/distribution, marketing, leasing, trust and other legal agreements in Pakistan.
•	Sale of British Petroleum (BP) Pakistan’s four offshore oil and gas exploration blocks to Pakistan Exploration Limited from novation to assignment deeds etc.
