Austin Bosarge

Austin Bosarge is the current General Counsel at QuSecure. Prior to joining QuSecure, Austin was the President & CEO of MagicHome, Inc., a mortgage technology firm. During their time at MagicHome, Austin was responsible for the negotiation of licensing agreements, the development of company strategy, and seeking and negotiating for VC and angel funding. Austin also managed outside counsel, and internal marketing and engineering teams.

Before joining MagicHome, Austin was VP of Business Development & Corporate Counsel at Indiqu, Inc., where they negotiated and drafted technology and content license agreements, and distribution agreements for a wireless gaming technology firm. Austin successfully raised $10M in funding from venture capital fund during their time there.

Austin began their career as an attorney at Turning Point Law, Inc. before moving on to Hollyworlds, Inc., where they served as Corporate Counsel.

Their manager is Dave Krauthamer, CEO. Austin Bosarge works with Skip Sanzeri - Board Chair & COO, Greg Bullard - CTO & VP, Engineering, and Rebecca Krauthamer - CPO.
