Yohan Curbelo Anglés

Yohan Curbelo Anglés has worked as an FPGA Engineer since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Commercial Electronics Engineer at CUBAELECTRÓNICA, where they were responsible for the import and export of electronic and electrical devices and features to different industrial sectors in Cuba. In 2018, they worked as an Electronics Engineer at CEDAI Empresa de Automatización Integral. In 2019, they interned at Altran as an FPGA Engineer, working on projects for the automotive sector, using tools such as Vivado, VHDL and Matlab/Simulink. Yohan also interned at FERMAX Spain as an FPGA Engineer, where they were responsible for the design and development of FPGA-based systems. In 2020, they worked as a freelance FPGA Engineer, developing digital filters, sorting algorithms, and CFAR techniques using VHDL. Currently, they are working as an FPGA Engineer at Quside, where they are responsible for the design, development and maintenance of FPGA-based systems for various projects, working with protocols such as SPI, I2C, AXI stream, AXI Lite, and Ethernet.

Yohan Curbelo Anglés completed a Master's degree in Sistemas Electrónicos from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones y Electrónica degree from Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría" between 2012 and 2017, with a field of study in Ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones.
