Bart C. has extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles. In 2022, they were appointed CFO at both QustomDot and KASPARD. At KASPARD, they were responsible for a contactless device for the detection of bed exit, as well as providing information and raising alarms at different levels. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Catrysse Management Consulting from 2012-2022, where they were CFO at PharmaFluidics and provided CFO support for Digipolis. In 2017, they were appointed Vice Chairman at Vlerick MBA Alumni VZW. In 2020, they became CFO at PharmaFluidics NV. From 2012-2017, they were Project Manager for Corporate Performance Management at Colruyt Group. From 2005-2010, they were a Senior Project Consultant at TriFinance Belgium and Solutia Europe. In 2009, they were Financial Controller at Genzyme, and from 2008-2009 they were Finance Manager at Greif, where they successfully transferred all finance activities to another entity.

Bart C. started their education in 1987, when they attended Koninklijk Atheneum Blankenberge until 1992. In 2002, they obtained a Master's Degree in Commercial Science: Tax & Accountancy from KU Leuven. In 2012, they completed a Corporate Performance Management course at EHSAL Management School. In 2015, they began their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Vlerick Business School, which they completed in 2016. During their M.B.A., they also completed a Custom program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at University of California, Berkeley, and an International Business course at Stellenbosch University. In October 2016, they obtained a Prince2 Foundation certification from APMG International.
