Dylan Flaws

Dylan Flaws is a Director and Psychiatrist at The Grass Tree Group and holds a position as a Psychiatrist at Queensland Health. Previously, they served as the Head of Mental Health Research at the Critical Care Research Group from 2018 to 2025. Dylan completed an MSc in Psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Medicine at The University of Queensland, while also being an Adjunct Associate Professor at Queensland University of Technology. Their research focuses on the recovery journey of patients who have survived severe illness or injury.
