亮 潘 is currently a COE expert at Qutoutiao 趣头条 (NASDAQ: QTT) and has served as the Human Resources Director for the mother and baby segment at 苏宁 since 2018. Previously, they held several HR roles at 海尔, including HRBP Assistant and HR General Manager Assistant, where they contributed significantly to performance management and organizational restructuring. 亮 潘 also served as CHO at 卓越智慧树 from 2017 to 2018, overseeing HR strategy and execution across various departments.
