Sumedha Dua is the Founder-Proprietor of ÆQUITAS LEGAL SOLUTIONS and a lawyer specializing in trial litigation, POSH, mediation, arbitration, and various legal fields. Since 2002, they have been practicing law and have held various roles, including Senior Legal Consultant for multiple organizations and External Member of POSH committees. Sumedha is also involved in training for law and skills at AIIMAS and provides mediation services for the Supreme Court of India.
