Anne Nikula

Anne Nikula currently serves as the Chief People Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Qvantel since December 2021. With extensive experience in the retail sector, Anne founded Pikku Kenguru Oy in May 2002 and played a pivotal role in launching the Polarn O. Pyret retail chain in Estonia as Managing Director from April 2019 to February 2022. Previous roles include Managing Director and Founder of Polarn O. Pyret Finland from January 2006 to February 2022, as well as positions on the boards of Kids Company Oy and Namida Diamond Factory Ltd. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Saunalahti Group Oyj and Elisa, with a foundation in project management at Ericsson. Anne holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University and a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Texas Tech University.
