Denis S.

Denis S. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Denis started their career at Bercut in 2003 as a Senior Engineer, responsible for gathering customer requirements and implementing OSS/BSS solutions. Denis later took on roles as Lead and Product Manager, managing change and resources, and developing OSS/BSS solutions. In 2009, Denis joined YOTA as a Lead Specialist, supporting OSS/BSS solutions and negotiating with vendors. Denis then became the OSS/BSS Service Manager, overseeing group management, financial planning, and coordination. In 2014, Denis worked as a Senior Business Analyst at NetCracker. At Peter-Servis, from 2015 to 2016, they served as a Lead Analyst/Architect, developing new BSS concepts and providing support for telecom products. Denis joined Qvantel in 2016 and held positions as a Senior Business Analyst and later as a Senior Solution Architect. Denis'sresponsibilities included building integrations with external systems, migrating fulfillment logic, and providing support for Telco Service providers using a product catalog-driven approach.

Denis S. obtained a Master's degree in Process Automation in Telecommunications from Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Technology/Technician from St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Denis has also obtained two additional certifications. In August 2016, they became a TM Forum Business Development Manager after completing the program offered by TM Forum. Later, in September 2019, they acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
