Heidi Flatebo

Heidi is the Chief of Staff at Qwaltec. She oversees several business operations including human resource, finance, accounting and contracts. Her responsibility also includes promotional activities for Qwaltec and organizes companywide events. Heidi started as Qwaltec’s office manager in 2014. Her administrate experience at Qwaltec’s involved several accounting responsibilities including billing, invoicing and payroll. Her most recent role was the executive assistant for Qwaltec’s CEO, Shawn Linam. Heidi was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2019.
