Scott Royer

Director Of Customer Support

Scott Royer is an experienced leader in customer support and operational efficiency, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Qwikkit since February 2024. Prior to this role, Scott worked at AMPP: Association for Materials Protection and Performance from April 2023 to February 2024 in customer support. Scott held the position of Director of Customer Care at Wayfair from January 2016 to January 2023, where significant accomplishments included scaling the supply chain support team and consolidating delivery driver support.
