Lee Grassis

Lee Grassis is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at QXO since January 2026. Prior to this role, Lee worked at AlerisLife from January 2022 to January 2026, initially as a TA Ops/Onboarding Specialist and then as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, contributing to the organization’s mission to enhance the quality of life for older adults. From March 2011 to January 2026, Lee held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Five Star Senior Living, where efforts were aligned with the objectives of the new parent company, AlerisLife. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Regional Recruiter at Kindred from January 2007 to February 2011, focusing on recruitment for long-term care facilities across multiple states, as well as a Recruitment Coordinator role at Norton Rehab Group from 2004 to 2007. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
