Eric Schaefer

Eric Schaefer is a Technical Project Leader at R.A Jones with a background in mechanical engineering. Prior to their role at R.A Jones, Eric worked at Bearcat Motorsports as the Subsystem Integration Lead and Creative Lead, where Eric played a key role in designing and creating components for the 2019 Racecar. Eric also has experience as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at R.A Jones, where Eric led the design for various machine components and collaborated with electrical engineers on implementing robotic systems. Additionally, Eric has experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Valco Melton, where Eric designed fixtures for manufacturing stations. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
