R Cloud began with the vision of our Director, who brought over 13 years of experience in IT—spanning technical and leadership roles—and a passion for creating simple, powerful cloud-based solutions just post-COVID-19. What started as a focus on Microsoft Azure services soon expanded when his wife, a specialist doctor, inspired him to explore the healthcare industry.

Recognising the challenges clinical specialists face in balancing private practice with public commitments, R Cloud evolved to provide end-to-end practice management solutions. From onboarding, staffing, reception, transcription, billing, and marketing to technology and telephony, we give doctors the freedom to focus on their patients while we handle the rest.

Today, R Cloud proudly supports clients across IT, Government, and Healthcare sectors, delivering solutions that are secure, efficient, and tailored. We continue to grow with our clients, always striving to innovate and provide exceptional service. We take great pride in the fact that we are still assisting our first-ever business client because we put our clients at the centre of all we do.
